Thornhill is a historic part of the GTA with beginnings that go back hundreds of years. It  has since developed into a thriving multi-cultural community filled with busy roadways and bustling commercial areas.

Both York University and Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology lie within commuting distance, making this residence an ideal candidate for an off-campus residence. For the school going children the neighbourhood’s top line-up of schools include Lillian Public School, Henderson Public School, NewtonBrook Secondary School, and Thornhill Secondary. Located 12 minutes away by transit, the Thornhill Community Centre provides community facilities such as ice skating arenas, a branch of the local library, a therapy pool, a gym room, and a running track. 

A number of parks are situated nearby like Grandview Park, Centre Park, Goulding Park, Vaughan Crest Park. Furthermore, golf enthusiasts have local access to the nearby Thornhill Club and Uplands Golf & Ski Club.

Atlantis condo is an excellent transit-oriented residence that is connected to the city through a variety of transportation options. A number of regional and local buses are available. The Finch Station of TTC Line 1 is reachable for local residents in just 6 minutes by transit. Also the area is served by GO York University and Old Cummer stations, providing a direct route to downtown Toronto.
