- Select units will be equipped with a balcony beginning on the third floor. From the tenth floor onwards, the tower will be encircled by a balcony.
- This condo will feature 422 square metres of indoor amenities on 5th, 6th and 9th floors. The outdoor amenities will also be located on the 9th floor.
- This condo is just one component of this square block development. The first phase of the development is the 4-storey Anishnawbe Community Health Centre. It will be joined by a 5-storey job training centre.

Canary Condos Block 10 is located in the newly developed Canary District in the neighbourhood of Corktown. Canary Condos Block 10 will be located at 475 Front Street East, just east of the downtown core and neighbouring where the Don Valley Parkway and Gardiner Expressway connect.
Located in the neighbourhood of West Don Lands, the condos at Block 10 have a number of amenities available in the proximity. It is nearby to Front St E, the St. Lawrence Market and Distillery District, which offers the best urban living experience. Living here, the occupants will also have easy access to the city’s best parks, shops, eateries, restaurant recreation, and entertainment.
Canary condos Block 10 is situated in the Canary District. During the 2015 Pan Am Games the athletes were hosted here. The community has since been re-purposed and built-out to be a pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood tailored to young professionals and young families.
Living at Canary Condos Block 10 residents are a short walk away from some of the city’s best recreation, parks, shops, and entertainment. The 18-acre Corktown Commons park is right down the street from the future site with BBQs, a playground, and more.
