Bogert Condos
Bogert Condos is a condo and townhouse development by Greatwise Developments currently in preconstruction at 325 Bogert Avenue, Toronto near the Bathurst St & Sheppard Ave W, Toronto.
This new master-planned community is coming to the heart of North York. This  high-rise condominium project will take over a parcel of land that is currently occupied by an apartment complex. With the exception of the southernmost structure, most of the current building will be demolished. As part of the new development six elegant condominium towers with retail space and a new park, all nestled into a sought-after 10 acres site that borders the lush Don River and its surrounding valley.
The surrounding area is also noted for its transit options. The southern part of the development will keep one of the existing apartment buildings. An additional 3 storeys will be built on top of it. Towers 1, 2, 3, and 6 will all be 21 storeys while Tower 4 will be 27 storeys high, and Tower 5 will be 25 storeys. Towers 1 and 4 will rise out of a curvaceous 12 storey podium, and Tower 3 will move skywards out of an angular 8 storey podium. An outdoor amenity space will be built in between Towers 5 and 6. Also every roof is planned to be a green roof.

The neighbourhood surrounding the Bogert is full of green spaces. The most notable one is the Hinder Property, which can be considered a forest in the middle of urban surroundings. There are winding paths within these tightly packed trees, so locals can visit Hinder Property and forget about the hustle and bustle of the city around them. The Don Valley Golf Course and Earl Bales Park, which boasts 127 acres of parkland, and even a ski and snowboarding facility are also nearby.
Trendy restaurants and retailers such as Whole Foods line the stretch, while sleek office buildings house an array of corporate offices. This intersection is also one of the only in the GTA to provide subway access in three directions. Getting to the heart of downtown Toronto takes only 25 minutes.
