Brightwater Condos & Towns is a new master planned community by Kilmer Group, Diamondcorp, Dream and Fram + Slokker which is currently under pre construction at 70 Mississauga Road South, Mississauga. Thisย breathtaking master-planned mixed-use community covering 72 acres of land in Mississauga’s beloved Port Credit Neighbourhood where nature, entertainment and convenience all come together. Brightwater is a joint project, harnessing the talents, knowledge and vision of four major GTA developers, the Kilmer Group, Diamond Corp, Dream Unlimited Corp and FRAM+ Slokker. The project will have 2500 residential units in total, along with 400 townhouses. All homes will be either one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or three-bedroom variants. The townhouses will be placed in rows along with the residential condo buildings. 18 acres have been set apart solely for a public park within the project.
