Festival Condos by Menkes Development and QuadReal Property Group will serve as the first mixed-use development in South Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. This project is currently under pre-construction and is located at Jane St & Hwy 7, Vaughan.

Festival is the first phase of a 4 tower development ranging from 40-storeys to 60-storeys in height with a total of 2,376 residential units. The Festival Condos project features a high-rise tower of 59 storeys which will have a total of 656 residential units.

About the Neighborhood

The Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC) is poised to become the home of Vaughan’s New Downtown. Located on Highway 7 and just east of Highway 400, the VMC sits on over 440 acres of land and is set to transform the city completely. It will include the following:
