Matrix Condos
Matrix City Centre Condos is a new condo project by the Conservatory Group, located at Progress Avenue & McCowan Road, Scarborough, ON. The development is currently under construction and will be replacing the Scarborough City Centre.
This growing neighbourhood is expected to see property values rise with the completion of the Eglinton-Scarborough Crosstown LRT. Expected to be completed in 2020, Matrix Condos will be within walking distance of this subway line.

About the Neighborhood
Scarborough City Centre is a dynamic part of the region that has undergone a rapid transformation over the past few years. Featuring a variety of shops and services, as well as a light-filled, market-style eatery, it provides almost everything one needs on a day-to-day basis.
The area around the shopping centre has expanded and modernized significantly, with the addition of new residential condominiums, retail and office space. Sidewalks have been widened to make it pedestrian friendly.
The region around the Matrix Condo has easy access to both the subway and the Scarborough LRT, the latter being a short walk away from here. A major transit upgrade is in the works in this part of the GTA, and the city is in the process of deciding whether to go for subway extension or introduce an above-ground rapid transit line. Either way, there will be a tremendous improvement in the transit availability in the region.
Scarborough is well known for it’s greenspaces, including Morningside Park, Rouge River and the Scarboro Golf and Country Club. This part of the GTA even has its own waterfront, where a series of rugged cliffs give way to idyllic beaches and sparkling waves.
