The Millwood Condos
The Millwood Condos is a new condominium development by Times Group Corporation, currently in preconstruction at 1951 Yonge Street, Toronto. This ambitious and modern development will sit just steps from the Davisville subway station and include two sleek towers rising above a retail podium.
This new development sits on the east side of Yonge, just north of Davisville Avenue. Two towers have been approved so far, rising 45 storeys each, joined by a four-storey podium. The podium will contain retail space that opens directly onto Yonge Street. The podium will also contain indoor and outdoor amenities.

About the Neighborhood
This ravine-filled area of MidTown Toronto is growing rapidly in desirability for those who want to be connected to and enjoy the urban atmosphere amidst greenery, but also remain somewhat removed from the chaos and high-priced properties of the downtown core.
