About the Neighborhood
The townhome is surrounded by numerous amenities such as SmartCentre that host a Walmart, pharmacy, bank and many restaurants all at reach in a 9-minute walk. By car, you can access numerous local attractions and popular shopping centres such as Vaughan Mills.
Many schools are located nearby such as Johnny Lombardi Public School, St. Veronica Elementary School, Vellore Woods Public School, and Tommy Douglas Secondary School. Local parks such as Hawkstone Park, Westwind Park, Lawford Park, and Chatfield District Park are nearby and are home to local green spaces.
Vaughan is undergoing a new hospital project called the Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital, set to open in late 2020 in less than 2km from the townhomes. The Maple Go Train Station is located just 22 minutes away by bus and allows commuters to travel to Downtown Toronto in just 33 minutes. Additional subway services are in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and allow commuters to travel to Downtown Toronto is just 47 minutes. Otherwise commuter can use Highway 400 to travel which is 3 minutes away by car.
